PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our site are in USD. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

DELIVERY TERMS

We send orders within 2 working day. Approximate delivery time is 5-14 working days, however, the delivery time may differ depending on the post service provider. Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure. We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.

RETURN

Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Therefore please write us to: hello@klottclothes.com and specify:

- return causes
- product photos, if it is damaged or defective


The delivery costs paid during placement the order are non-refundable in case of return of product.

Attention! Following categories are non-returnable: mittens, tights, socks, stockings, underwear, corsetry (underwear), bodysuits, bra tops, swimwear.

The goods return is made at the Buyer’s expense. This means that the Buyer should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amoun in cause the delivery cost is not paid.

When returning orders in addition to the shipping cost, we will add the amount of all customs duties and charges, including import VAT and brokerage services, which are paid by us in the Seller's country. These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

Please note, in case of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to the failure to pay duties in the Buyer's country, we will also deduct shipping and all other incidental two way costs, as stated above from the refund for the purchased goods.

MONEY RETURN

You will receive a refund within 14 working days of returning the goods to our warehouse. The exact terms depend on your bank and the way you paid for the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order at any time by writing to us at hello@klottclothes. If we have not sent you an order at the time your request, we will refund your full amount. In case the order has already been shipped, all refund rules specified in the RETURN section apply.
