The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods  is carried out by agreement.

Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", there are two reasons why the buyer can return or exchange the goods he bought:

1. If the product does not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer;

2. If the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not satisfy the buyer.

The return is carried out using the transport services of the "Nova Poshta" company.

The return must be of appropriate quality, namely:

- the product packaging is not damaged;

- the equipment is complete;

- there are no mechanical damages;

- no traces of use;

It is possible to return the shipment within 14 days from the moment of receipt;

The return is made at the expense of the Sender, i.e. the Client;

Refunds are made within 1-15 working days after receipt and inspection by the seller of the goods.

​According to the Law "Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current law. List of non-food products of proper quality, not subject to return or exchange.
